Starting February Sunday 25th — The indoor “Boot Camp” fitness training program designed by the Sky Health Fitness Experts will have 3 cycles lasting 9 weeks.
Indoor Training modules will include 3 cycles
Strength and mobility (3 weeks)
plyometric — power (3 weeks)
endurance (3 weeks)
*These workouts should be completed 2x a week (1x on your own) along with 2x bike rides each week for a balance of 4 days training and 3 days of rest and recovery!
*It’s also important to focus on body maintenance, massage, yoga, stretching, eating and packing for the event
On-boarding process will include:
Expectations and preparations for the event
Any exterior questions of what will be expected at the Life Cycle event
Details on Shipment of bike to the west coast
day to day protocol of everything that will be going on from wake up to completion of each days ride.
