Colin holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in Exercise Science. In addition to his academic training, he has 15 years of experience as a personal trainer. He is passionate about helping his clients meet their exercise goals and creates customized programs to meet the needs of a diverse clientele. Colin prides himself on being a lifelong learner and uses that approach in his training, continuously introducing new evidence-based methods.
