With a decade of training under his belt, Ian possesses a comprehensive understanding of what it means to design a tailored and effective training program of the highest caliber for clients of all ages with wide-ranging goals, movement restrictions, and mobility limitations. Ian is a Certified Human Movement Specialist through The Brookbush Institute and an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer.
